Alex Filo has the right idea, UniformWrapPanel
WPF’s WrapPanel is missing a key feature: the ability to create vertical columns, but still fill the maximum amount of width available. One less annoyance in WPF, thanks to Alex Filo’s UniformWrapPanel.
